Living room/Family Room: Pictures, ceiling fans, knickknacks, furniture, floors cleaned (vacuumed/swept and mopped). Major appliances dusted/polished. Blinds dusted. Must be scheduled in advance. Dining Room: Counters, cabinets and furniture cleaned and polished outside. Floors cleaned (vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fan dusted. Major appliances dusted/polished, Blinds dusted. Bathroom: Bathtubs thoroughly scrubbed, showers scrubbed, faucets, toilets cleaned, sinks scoured and disinfected. Mirrors polished. Chrome/stainless steel polished. Blinds dusted. Wastebasket cleaned (outside). All floors swept and mopped.Bedroom: All furniture cleaned and polished. Pictures dusted or wiped clean. Floors cleaned (vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fans dusted and cleaned.Wastebasket cleaned (outside) Blinds dusted. ***Bedding changed at $5.00 each. All rooms: Windowsills, blinds and ceiling fans cleaned. Wastebasket cleaned (outside). ***Additional charge for baseboards, oven, refrigerator, and bedding change.

 

Full Service Cleaning/Spring Cleaning: Our specialized full service/spring cleaning leaves your home, fresh and clean! We'll wipe the blinds, remove cobwebs (within reach), clean all reachable baseboards, and change bedding. We will clean inside of refrigerator and oven for an additional charge of $20-$25 each depending on condition. Turn-key!

 

Move out/Move in cleaning: We'll help make the move-out/move-in process less stressful. Just remove all furniture and let us take care of the mess. Reachable light fixtures, oven, refrigerator and baseboard cleaning included! Home must be vacant to qualify for a move out/move in cleaning. ***Full Service/Spring Cleaning and Turnkey/Move out/Move In Cleanings includes all visible baseboards (Reminder: Housekeeper cannot move furniture to clean baseboards) PLEASE NOTE!
